Warehouse - Dock Administrator (3rd Shift) - $21.15/hr with shift differential

POSITION SUMMARY:
To receive Finished Goods production into the Imrex system, tag pallets, and verify material, PO numbers, code date, batch, expiry, and case count. Direct LTO in putaway or loading PDL's, update STO's, drop delivery notes, allocate and pick/ship/confirm PDL and Freezer loads. Monitor inventory for shortages, and notify Deployment of shortage/cuts. Monitor Buffer utilization % to prevent overfill. Assist with inventory count, loading, and other duties as directed.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Receive FG into Imrex system, verify material, PO numbers, batch, code date, expiry, and case count. Documenting case time on appropriate documents.
Direct the loading of PDL's in accordance with production schedule, monitoring early changeovers and adjusting loading and put-away as necessary.
Coordinate all trailers to dock doors via PINC as required to process outbound trucks as scheduled in Imrex.
Monitor trailer size, unacceptable trailers, change appointments, cut or add product.
Be in direct contact with Warehouse Globe Operators for trailers that need raw materials unloaded so they are available to reload at designated times.
Coordinate loading/unloading of plant materials stored in Buffer.
Function as first point of contact for Security Guards. Contact guard shack in regards to outbound carriers/load numbers and carriers we are waiting for.
Assign tasks to LTOs
Allocate, Pick/Ship/Confirm orders and print appropriate paperwork.
Run Rewarehousing Report and direct movement of pallets to utilize storage when Buffer is near capacity.
Supply Security Guards with placards and necessary paperwork.
Depart trailers, process paperwork in accordance with Corporate Transportation policies; apply seals to outbound trailers, file, and store.
Assist Quality with Hold product. Be in contact with QR and Boxing as to Hold times and direction of placement of Hold product.
Attend DA meetings and share information.
First point of contact for donation pizzas. Place orders for Second Harvest and complete associated paperwork. For local donations, pick orders and complete dispersement.
Identify and segregate damaged product, complete dispersement
Open tickets with the 'Help Desk' for system issues and be a point of contact for Systems.
Function as point of contact for Spotter.
Interact with all departments.
Work towards maximizing productivity.

Notify Inventory Control and Transportation of cancelled PDL loads due to lack of product.
Notify Inventory Control of Buffer utilization.
Maintain log of necessary information.
Proper transition of duties with peer MOs.
Cycle count and maintain accuracy of finished goods inventory, performing verification tasks, troubleshooting, and adjustments.
Monitor eyewash station in battery charging room.
Reset shockwatch on forklifts and other shockwatch duties as necessary.
Investigate and correct shipping errors.
Perform Team Leader duties on weekends and/or when needed.
Assist with cleaning trailers, picking orders, and loading/unloading trailers.
Coordinate the loading of pallet jacks, dock plates, supplies and other miscellaneous items on appropriate loads.
Pallet transactions to locations in CHEP website.
Track field return CHEP pallets and arrange for pick up.
Prepare Buffer Status Report and Late Trailer Report-forward to appropriate contacts.
Perform all backup duties as trained and assigned.
Qualifications
REQUIREMENTS AND MINIMUM EDUCATION LEVEL:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Matrics/Crystal training.
Must have passed forklift training class and road test. Must hold a valid forklift license.
EXPERIENCE:
Previous inventory control experience.
Previous experience dealing with complex inventory system.
Previous distribution experience.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong organization and communication skills.
Judgmental skills.
Multi-tasking skills in a fast paced, constantly changing environment.
Utilize PC to access Matrics, Crystal, and BPCS for inventory status, shipment/load status, and RF terminal.
Provide input to various areas of the organization (Quality, Systems, CMC, and Distribution/Supply Chain).
Knowledge of 100+ items (zoning for reserve storage and pickline, support class per item, etc.).
Knowledge of Transportation.
Knowledge of Corporate Transportation Security.
Good math skills.
Knowledge of pallet usage.
Must be able to work well under pressure.
Thorough understanding of Matrics regarding shipping, receiving, and cycle count duties.
Give direction to LTOs.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
