Today I found out another former insurance Manager has left the insurance field the reason for many who depart this industry is the lack of support from their Upline. The folks at the top want you to make sales, and make them rich. However they are in place to provide you with direction leads along with training. They should invest in you not take advantage of you. When your boss lives four states away you can be sure that they just hired you to profit them not help you. It took me six years to figure out that my upline was getting rich on my efforts the occasional pat on the back was all I ever really received. Every now and then he would move money adjust a client's portfolios then he would buy me leads or flip me some extra cash but he never made and investment in me. My situation today is very different for every sale my agents make they receive 3% back in a lead account for them to spend any way they choose. Every agents has contracts with our company they are all higher than the
